YHWH has redeemed His servant Jacob

Listen to me, O islands, and listen to the nations from afar: יהוה has called me from my mother’s womb, from my mother’s womb He has been aware of my name. And He has made my mouth a sharpened sword, in the shadow of His hand He has hidden me; And He made me a bright arrow, in His quiver He hid me. And He said to me, “You are My servant, Israel, in whom I will be glorified.” And I said, “I have sought in vain, and in vain have I spent my strength. Surely, my judgment is with יהוה, and my work with my God.” And now says יהוה that formed me from the womb to be His servant, that Jacob might return to Him, and Israel shall not gather together; and I will be glorified in the eyes of יהוה, and my God will be my strength. And He said, “It is easy for you to be my servant, to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the remnant of Israel; I will also give you for a light to the Gentiles, that you may be My salvation to the end of the Earth.” Thus says יהוה, the Redeemer of Israel, His Holy One to a despised nation, to a servant, a proverb, “kings shall see and princes shall rise up and worship, because of יהוה who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.”
