Where besides Israel?

My husband and I wanted to take our kids (12 and 14) to Israel for 4 months from high holy days through Chanukah, because we live in a small town with very few Jews and we were hoping to show them what it feels like to be in a dominantly Jewish culture, celebrating our celebrations as a norm instead of an anomaly. For many reasons, we are not doing that this year. We are delaying this “sabbatical” until next year, and just in case Israel is still embroiled in war, I wanted to crowd-source for a plan B: what other strongly Jewish communities are there in the world that we might consider? I’m talking about a place where the Jewish holidays are off from public school, there are hundreds or more people celebrating throughout the community, etc. (I know that NYC is a possibility, but we want to travel outside the U.S.) I am open to any and all ideas! thank you
