I know it’s not ideal, but I will eat not kosher anyway (try to keep it vegetarian). After I eat not kosher I feel compelled to obsessively floss, brush my teeth, and use mouthwash. I fear me continuing to taste it is bad and that it will contaminate any kosher food I eat after. It takes me over an hour sometimes to brush my teeth because I get anxious and can’t help but scroll and get dopamine. I need advice Please
