Talmud Rosh Hashanah 32b:22 says that these are days of judgment when the King opens the books of life and death and on the throne of judgment. I have heard it said that Yom Kippur is the concluding day of the judgment, but I do not know of a text to cite. While it is implicit since Yom Kippur comes afterward, it would be nice to know if there are any explicit verses, especially since Rosh Hashanah is only one or two days and not ten.
