What does Judaism teach about how God views nonbelievers/non-jews?

I being an agnostic who is not ethnically Jewish and was raised as a Protestant Christian do not know much of the dynamics in the religion of Judaism and their interpretation as well as Jewish law. I know God is different in all religions and especially in their different branches so I’m curious to learn especially from actual Jews who practice Judaism
