What Does Jesus Mean For Jews?

First of all thanks for outspokenness here, bloody evangelist cult and bibi’s love with far-right politicians makes me confused about both judaism and christianity.

What Does Jesus Mean For Jews? I seach and look at the wikia but can someone explain these things simply?

I mean why far-right christians and far-right jews behave like they believe same religion? What are the Jews for Jesus and other messianic cults? Are they jew? How’s Jews relations with Muslims and Christians?
