Web resource detailing various levels of holiday observance?

Hi folks. I was hoping you could help me out with something. I recall a few years ago seeing a clear and concise guide explaining what the various holidays are and explaining about different levels of holiday observance. It specifically addressed the “but but my other Jewish employee doesn’t take off as many holidays as you, and they use their phone on Shabbat” issues. I am in the process of deciding whether to take a job where the boss is convinced I’m making up holidays, and could really use something like this, but google is failing me. Thank you in advance.
