Was my Grandfather Jewish?

Hi everyone, I hope you are well. I have a question, that may make no sense, but I’ll try. Is there a way to tell (by appearance, face features) if my Grandfather was Jewish or partly Jewish? Any insight would be much appreciated. Kindest regards
