The source of Nusach Ashkenaz

The source is centered on Minhag Ashkenaz with is the acceptable version in Israel. So it doesn’t contain any belief of correction from Nusach HaGra/Lita/Polin. For example (look at the image): Does include נוסח אשכנז, doesn’t include נוסח פולין.
