The morning after a particularly festive Purim, all the students were nursing hangovers as well as bruises from their stumbles and tumbles the day before.
“Why is it,” regretfully asked one of the students, “That when we drink, we become dizzy and fall off our feet?”
The wisest student of the group groggily raised his head from the desk and said “It’s written: שכר אין לו רגלים.”
