Synogogue Employees, do you use ShulCloud?

Do you use Shul Cloud, and if so, do you like it? The Shul I work at has been using the Membership Managment System (MM2000) for a long time, but the BOD is wanting to switch.

What has your experience been with Shul Cloud or other databases for membership management?

Another concern I have is with Yarhzeit letters, and finding a system that will maintain those so that we can mail them out each month.
