Hey y’all. I was raised in a pretty liberal non affiliated synagogue so I’m not particularly up to date on prayers besides the most common ones. My father is Catholic and will often exclaim “Jesus, Mary, and Joseph!” And many Catholics will cross themselves in situations where they are frustrated/need strength. I was wondering if there was a prayer or prayers, perhaps akin to the shehecheyanu but for perhaps not-so-positive situations. Not something so bad as the mourners Kaddish, but prayers for strength or similar to what I described above w/ Catholicism? Thank you!!
