should i cover my hair to go to a reform temple?

Hello, I was thinking about going to a reform temple in my area, but I’ve never been to one before as i was raised secular. I figure that I should watch some of their live streamed shabbat services to figure out the dress code as it varies from temple to temple, but one thing I’m a bit stuck on. everyone there had natural hair, and I’m used to sticking out because of my hair, but i looked up hair dye in the context of Judaism and it was a negative but only for men (i think?), well i have bright pink hair, Pink Fetish by splat for reference. i was wondering if i can go to a temple like that or should i cover my hair? Am I overthinking it?

tldr can i go to a reform temple with BRIGHT pink hair or should i cover it?
