Title. does something like this exist? would love to both live semi-rurally, yet also a religious life (walking distance to synagogue, observant neighbors, etc), but it seems that these two things are mutually exclusive.
edit suggestion: looking for rural / rural lite shomer shabbat communities, modern orthodox friendly, in the US
