Recently got information about my bio family, could I be jewish?

I apologize ahead of time if this is the wrong space to post. I recently found out some information about my biological family. When I google where they were born or their names, I keep being led to holocaust pages with similar names and even the family name. When I write the polish towns I also immediately get polish holocaust pages. I feel overwhelmed and confused and not sure where to go so I came here.
