Question about Judaism

I’ve been listening to Ben Shapiro’s podcast recently and he said something about how there isn’t communications between God and the Jewish people right now, as in there haven’t been any prophets. He described it as God being angry at the Jewish people for lack of faith or something along those lines.

So my questions: 1: Is this widely agreed on and does it have a name? 2: How long has it been going on for? 3: Is it expected to end? 4: Any other info is appreciated
