A colleague from work who is currently working remote from Austria is facing hardships due to natural calamity (flood) literally at his doorstep. If I pray for him, will Hashem listen to my prayer? Does he have to believe in Hashem so that his situation improves?
What prayer like Psalms or something else could you suggest?
