Pearl’s Accent – Frieda Vizel Videos

I’m sure many of us have seen Frieda’s videos with Pearl, the Satmar woman from Williamsburg. She has a very unique accent. Is it a Satmar accent or common across other Chasidish groups? I’ve known people in Chabad and Bobov and I don’t remember them speaking like this.

For example, she pronounces Torah “toy-rah.”

Is this how Eastern European Jews would have spoken or is a unique Hungarian pronunciation?
