Orthodox men, how do you judge the attractiveness of Orthodox women?

I am a single Orthodox woman. I am average looking and I dress tznius. But put me in a room with 100 men who are not Orthodox Jews and I guarantee that at least a handful will find me attractive. Put me in a room with 100 Orthodox men and I will be completely invisible.

So, Orthodox men, how are you judging the attractiveness of Orthodox women? Why do I appeal to non-Orthodox men and not to you? What can I do to make myself look more appealing to you?
