The first anniversary of the passing of my very beloved dog is coming up in a few weeks. My husband and I don’t have children so our fur babies are our kids. I’d like to do something to observe the anniversary of Calvin’s death but don’t know if it’s appropriate to light a yahrzeit candle and recite the Mourner’s Kaddish. Thoughts?
