My first Kosher meal, fried chicken

Today I had my first Kosher meal. Bought some chicken thighs from the local supermarket that recently started selling Kosher.

If you don’t know, the best way to prepare fried chicken is marinating it in a spicy buttermilk solution overnight, so that’s what I did.

I dropped that meat into the spicy milk solution while licking my lips at the thought of how good it would taste.

The moment finally came to cook and eat it. It was some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had.

Until, that is, I remembered that meat and milk aren’t allowed together. My “first Kosher meal” is literally the least Kosher thing I’ve eaten this year.

Oops 😉
