Music during the nine days

Hey guys, so long story short it’s my first time trying to observe the nine days. I was born Jewish but mostly been living a secular life.. around a year ago I have became more observant.

I have decided to observe the nine days, and I have a question.

I am working in a summer school, and they put a lot of music… which is pretty an unavoidable… what should I do about it, is it ok as long as I don’t listen to it?
