More questions than answers… Reform or conservative conversion?

Shanah Tova! I am looking for some insight from both sides of the spectrum. I am in the process of conversion and in my city there is a Reform and a Conservative synagogue. As a little background I am ethnically Jewish but both Rabbis I have spoken to still require conversion since I was not raised Jewish. I have two boys I am raising Jewish and my husband is athiests but supportive of the process.

So… I like them both! I like both Rabbis and I like both for different reasons. How do I choose? If I pick a conservative conversion but later feel more drawn to Reform can I switch? If I convert Reform will Conservative rabbis recognize it? What are the pros and cons of each? TIA and I hope everyone has a sweet and joyful new year!
