Looking to join a Reform temple because geographically, the nearest Reconstructionist temple is too far away. What are the differences?

I want to begin going to temple again because … well, I’m not sure why. Wanting to belong to a community? A quarterlife crisis? The reason isn’t important, I just want to.

My question is how wide are the differences between Reconstructionist beliefs and Reform doctrines and practices?

For example, I was raised Reconstructionist and we referred to G-d as gender neutral as possible (not using He/Him/His pronouns). We reject the idea that we (Jews) are the Chosen People, and that instead, we choose G-d. It gets tricky when we say whether or not there will be a Moschiach because we are more focused on a Messianic Age. I’m not sure what exactly Reform Jews believe in.
