Not sure if this is the best place to post this but maybe I can get some good halachic answers.
I’ve been keto for almost a month along with intermittent fasting and I’m already down 50lbs, still have a bit to go. The issue is Shabbat. I don’t do cheat cheat days because while I virtually never have carb cravings, in the past if I did kiddush, the cravings would hit hard and I’d be off the wagon again. Does anyone else do keto and have figured out how to do Shabbat properly? Thanks everyone!
