Kabbalat Shabbat melodies

I have a question about singing the first psalm of Kab Shab, Psalm 95. The traditional nusach is major. However, this psalm changes its tone around “al takshu” (Harden not your heart…”) from celebratory to a note of caution. Is there a way to sing the end of the psalm in minor to reflect this change? I feel like I’ve heard this done on “arbaim shanah,” similar to the way “Moshe v’Aharon” is sung in Psalm 99. Thanks!
