Just found out I’m Jewish through my mother. Where do I begin my study?

I found out that my grandmother was actually Jewish this whole time, through her family from Europe who immigrated in the 20th century. I’m hurt no one told me, as I found out through DNA testing and word of mouth, but I’ll come to terms with it. I’m mostly black, and my grandma converted to Catholicism at a very young age, so I know nothing of the personal experience

Where do I begin my journey of study? I’ve been studying the ww2 Holocaust experience, as I had distant cousins who died there, but also because I also always had a connection to it. Now we know why.

Hopefully you all welcome me! I’m proud to be a part of the experience
