Jewish but never practiced

Shalom my friends, I come from a long line of Jews (79% Jewish and Jewish on my mothers side since forever!) but my family isn’t practicing sadly. It’s fine with me regardless as I love my family, and I plan on when I have a family of my own they will be practicing, but I would like to begin going to temple at the ripe age of 21 (male). /But/ I don’t know anything about Judaism, how to start going to temple, any of the prayers, language.. Basically, my knowledge is slim but I feel a strong calling towards the Orthodox Conservative branch of Judaism.

If anyone at all can give me a little direction, some knowledge, where to start I’d greatly appreciate it. I have not read the Torah yet AT ALL and I’d like to get started on that.
