Jacob and Esau unified?

Howdy folks, first time poster here. A little background on myself; I enjoy studying religious antiquity and I am a believer in YHWH.

I recently came across a video clip of Josh Wander explaining how the USA moving their embassy to Jerusalem represents a major step towards the rebuilding of the third temple, and thusly the reunification of Jacob and Esau.

I searched through the Masoretic texts trying to find a basis for his claim (particularly in Ezekiel, Obadiah, and Amos), but was unable to locate anything. Is there something in the midrash or a specific targum that expounds upon this idea? Thanks!
