Is G-d omnipresent?

What would omnipresent mean, considering G-d does not physically take up space? Is omnipresence and panentheism the same?

Edit: Considering G-d has no physical presence, would it be accurate for me to say that the meaning of omnipotence is the ability of His consciousness, His knowledge, His interactions with Creation, and His sustenance of Creation to extend to all spaces in Creation?
