If I’m a trans woman, am I considered aylonit or female?

Hello! So recently I found out that in Judaism there’s a special term for females with developed secondary male characteristics during puberty. I’m on hormone therapy, so I already have secondary female biological characteristics like breasts, but I’m still not sure if I should be considered as aylonit or “complete” female. That’s it. I can only add that according my spiritual and religious experience/feelings G-d considers and treats me as a woman. Do you have any ideas about this?
