I know very little about Judaism; where should I start?

Hi all,

I’m interested in learning a bit about Judaism purely out of my personal intrigue. I’ve heard very little about Judaism in my life outside of Religious Education classes we get here at Scotland but it’s always interested me; this sub felt like the right place to ask.

Where should I start in order to educate myself?
