I have to choose between raising my kids in a Jewish community or raising them around my family. Help appreciated.

I grew up in a small town with a population that is about 1% Jewish.

I am currently single and I’ll have to leave town to find a Jewish spouse.

My immediate family is absolutely committed to staying in that small home town until they die. They also do not care for being Jewish at all.

I care a lot about being Jewish, and really want my future kids to grow up around Jewish kids and in a Jewish community.

However, it would kill me to not have them also grow up around my family.

How do I handle this? What do you recommend I do?
