How well does the Kosher Food industry do? Would it promote observance if a goy attempted to strike up a large scale partnership?

I’m a goyish Philosemite with a vested interest in Jewish observance (Christian who believes that second coming will happen when certain conditions are met). Would this help? Can you see it working out, or is this how it’s done already? Thank you!
