How to start learning Hebrew

I’ve been studying Judaism in university for elective classes for 2 years now, and I really want to learn Hebrew. I already know the Hebrew alphabet and key words such as Adonai/Hashem/Tentragrammaton and Shalom. However, no one at my school teaches Hebrew, and most of the religious professors don’t know it. What is the best way to start learning? Are there any good websites (other than Duolingo – that didn’t work at all for me)? I don’t need to be 100% fluent, but I would like to be able to read the Torah and understand prayers. I am familiar with both book and block form if that helps.
