How does God view non Jewish believers?

I’ve been watching Rabbi Tovia quite a bit and he makes a lot of sense. But I was raised a Christian in Europe. I’m not Jewish. I don’t practice Judaism and apparently you don’t encourage people to change to Judaism. So where do I stand in the sight of God? Does He love me? Am I worth anything to Him? Will he give me eternal life after this life or will I be damned? I’m interested to know. Thank you
