I was reading through this thread at r/abortiondebate about comparing abortion to the Holocaust.
Not gonna lie, many of the comments made me very very uncomfortable. There were several people saying that not only is abortion comparable to the Holocaust, it’s actually worse.
Any thoughts on this? I know the Anti-Defamation League has spoken out against this comparison, Eli Wiesel has spoken out against this comparison. I think it’s complete inappropriate, but I’m just wondering what everybody else thinks about it.
Regardless of your views on abortion, is this an appropriate comparison to make?
