How can I practice Judaism when it is unsafe for me to do so?

English isn’t my first language, so I’m sorry for any grammatical errors or anythings that don’t make sense. Anyways, I’m sixteen. My mother is Jewish, but I stopped living with her at five years old. I moved in with my father, and I have not been in contact with her anytime recently. We do not have a good relationship. Currently I live with my father and my stepfamily. My father doesn’t mind Judaism, my stepfamily minds. That’s important because I want to begin practicing Judaism.

I’m not sure how to go about it safely. Can I practice in secret? How can I do so? Can I even practice? I can’t go to a synagogue, we don’t even have one where I live. What do I do?
