Homosexuality and Non-Noahide Gentiles

I am an ex Christian agnostic atheist who is trying to understand more about Judaism and I unfortunately do not have the time or the skills to do a deep dive through the Talmud, so I am asking about a hypothetical and I understand there may be different answers depending on what persuasion one may have on there things. The first time question is what in general happens to people who are gentiles who break one or more of the noahide laws after they die(unrepentant),at least what is the most probable outcome in your opinion, secondly is there a hierarchy of laws that one of the seven may be more important than the others, etc, and lastly how could one who has broken a law or multiple atone before they die to avoid hell/ achieve paradise? I know that Judaism does not emphasize the afterlife as Christianity, Islam, or Buddhism, but from my position it is very important to me personally to get answers about the afterlife, it seems the most important question because that is where one may spend the rest of existence.
