Help identify my father’s Siddur

My father recently passed and left me this beautiful Siddur. I was hoping someone had some sort of information on it. He traveled to Israel about 40 years ago and we have family in the Golan. His grandparents were from Romania and he grew up in Philadelphia. I’m just looking for some sort of connection to my father so any information is appreciated. Thank you very much. He was quite thrifty and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was cheap.
