Halachic Considerations for Hiking/Camping

Question for the Orthodox: What are the Halachic considerations one should have when hiking or camping?

I remember a Halacha on bathrooming in the wilderness to cover it, which is common practice, but also one on like not entering abandoned structures alone because of destructive spirits??
