I’m really curious to know, how is halacha taught in the rabbinical schools of movements that consider halacha non-binding? Do students examine halacha as law, as literature, or as something else? Also are the students expected to become learned in halacha? Are there contemporary books that are taught in addition to/instead of the Shulchan Aruch, the Rambam, etc.?
