Finding a job

I have a college education but AI has kind of decimated my field and the job market sucks. I’ve been trying to find a job for over a month and I am getting desperate. I am more than open to working minimum wage because of how desperate I am and I have applied to so many jobs, my resume/work history is good. So many have reached out for an interview and when I give them availability (Sunday-Thursday 4am-11pm, Friday 4am-2pm, Saturday n/a) they ghost me or tell me my availability is too restrictive to their needs. I feel like crying every time. This has been an issue at every job I’ve ever worked (not respecting that I am ss). In school they told us to never say our religion or ethnicity in an interview/job process to protect the employer and yourself from legal/discrimination issues but I feel like all it does is protect the employer. If I said I can work Friday night and Saturday due to religious reasons they’d have to say they won’t hire people from certain cultural and religious backgrounds. I don’t know what to do but I’m borderline panicking. My mom isn’t religious and told me I need to just suck it up and I am asking for too much to have shabbat off. How do you guys manage to get jobs?
