Do Reconstructionist Jews believe in God? Do they consider patrilineal Jews to be Jewish?

Someone that grew up with a secular jewish father and secular protestant mother… would be considered Jewish by Reconstructionist movement or no? Never have been a member of a synagogue or church. I’m starting to think about how I want to raise my children and how I want to maintain some sort of Jewish identity.. this movement seems like it may fit for someone of mixed background that doesn’t have a strong faith in the supernatural.
