Former protestant son of a Baptist pastor here. Not sure what I believe now – somewhere between deist and agnostic. Anyway, I just met a Jew who only believes in the first 5 books of the Bible (the Torah), but I grew up being taught that Jews believe the entire Old Testament of the Bible, just not the New Testament. So I looked it up on Google, and a History.com article says that Jews believe in the entire Old Testament (just rearranged from what I grew up reading) and it’s called the Tanakh. So which books are holy scripture to Jews?
