Curious about the Talmud

Hello,

I’ve been interested in Judaism for quite some time now. After reading the Talmud I have a couple of questions:

• what’s up with the weird child sex stuff?
• why will every goyim be a slave to the jews?
• why is it okay to lie to a goyim for your own advantage?

I know the Talmud allows lying about the Talmud to make it look better, so I hope anyone can find it in their heart to give a proper answer in case this post doesn’t get deleted.
