I have been considering conversion for some time now. I’ve been keeping shabbos (I do one thing that normally would not be allowed since I am not Jewish), following a lot of the mitzvahs, taking classes on Judaism, learning hebrew, surrounding myself with Jewish friends and attending Shul. The classes I’ve been taking are taught at a conservative school by a conservative Rabbi. Would I be allowed to convert orthodox if my conversion class is conservative?
Converting orthodox but taking conservative classes.

- Hello all, I need some help identifying a very interesting piece of artwork found at my fiancé’s work. Being a Christian, I am familiar with Uriel, but not so much the other names which I think come from Hebrew as well. Any idea as to why the names are significant?
