Consuming pork during the messianic era

I might be misunderstanding this, but I have a question about consuming pork during the messianic era. We are taught that the pig’s true nature will be shown and it will then begin to “chew its cud” thus making it a kosher animal. So we would then be able to consume it since it is no longer a trief animal.

Does this mean that things like pulled pork (non dairy bun), and various other BBQ dishes, can then be consumed without any worries?

Are there any other trief animals that too will become kosher, say rabbits? Or is it only the pig that will have its kashrut status changed?
