can you visit Israeli websites during Shabbat in New York before Shabbat begins?

Firstly I’m a non-Jew but I want to convert very soon through a Chabad Shul, or rather learn under a Chabad Rabbi here in Waterbury CT. I know in my previous post I said I was a self-convert to Karaism…while that *would* have been OK by Karaites I’ve read from, spoken with, etc, I’ve decided not to ID as a Jew or ‘convert’ myself, because I like the Talmud, and Rabbis. It would make no sense. Onto the question….

Question: can you visit Israeli websites during Shabbat in New York before Shabbat begins in say, your location (New York in this example) wit an approx 7 hour “Shabbat start difference”. http://37.142.41.42:38777/view/viewer_index.shtml Here’s a camera in a port city in Israel which I’ve been controlling, for example, since Shabbat began there – so if the answer to the above is no, what about controlling this camera remotely when in NY, but it’s Shabbat in Israel? Thirdly, what if your internet traffic is routed *through* areas where it *is* Shabbat – is that a problem? So really 2 or 3 questions here. Thanks for your time. -Christopher from Waterbury, CT –Shabbat Shalom!
