Can I wear converse shoes to a bat mitzvah service/ceremony?

I’m not Jewish and was invited to a bat mitzvah. I already have all of my outfit for the party planned, but I’m having trouble with what shoes to wear for the service. I outgrew my flats and I have a pair of pink Converse that match w/ the dress I’m wearing to the service. The invitation said “dressy casual” for the service but idk if Converse is too casual. Also, the bat mitzvah is taking place in a Reform temple, if that matters at all.
